We were lucky enough to be able to go to the Dixon Hughes Goodman Christmas Party this year held at the Angus Barn Pavilion. David's parents came to babysit for us. It was the first time I was away from the Elliott. He had just hit the one month mark a couple days prior. Although we were only able to stay at the party a couple of hours, it was nice to see my coworkers and it was nice to have some adult time. It was also fun to get dressed up and have somewhat a date night with David. Thanks so much to my in-laws for letting us have a night out!
We also were able to go to the FVPD Christmas Party this year! It was a lot of fun to see David's coworkers not in uniform and with their families. Elliott was the youngest baby there at 1 month. William had a great time playing with the other kids and Santa even brought him an early Christmas present!
